Edward Temple is a distinguished executive coach and mentor coach with over a decade of experience, holding the prestigious Master Coaching Credential (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation. With a passion for unlocking individual potential through mentor coaching, Ed brings deep experience and expertise in executive coaching, team coaching, coaching culture, building a coaching practice and coach training for leaders.

As the Program Chair for Lethbridge College's accredited Leader as Coach program, author of “The Leader as COACH”, creator of the Sprout coaching model, creator of AI Coach Enzo and past Lead Facilitator for the Excelerator™ Coach training model, Edward's expertise is widely recognized. His clients include senior executives from diverse sectors such as transportation, logistics, energy, banking, and telecommunications. Edward has been a strategic part of 4 Global Prism Awards, an award for creating coaching cultures, including the sponsoring coach.

Ed's career began in international development, focusing on education and community health, which laid the foundation for his coaching career. He was the President of the International Coaching Federation Calgary Chapter and the Board Chair for CAUSE Canada. Additionally, he launched the Social Enterprise Excelerator™ Development System (SEEDS) program, empowering over 400 charitable leaders with coaching skills.

Ed resides in Calgary with his wife Hannah and their three children, Elijah, Madalyn, and Evangeline. They are avid travelers, passionate about exploring global cultures and cuisines.
