Payment/Fees Policy Participants must pay the applicable tuition fees in full or according to the agreed payment plan before the program starts. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

By purchasing these products, you receive immediate lifetime access to all content for personal or internal business use. You agree not to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or exploit any of the Courses in any manner. Courses may only be used by you and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of Certified Flourishing Coaching™. You shall not create any derivative work based on the Courses or offer competing products or services using information from the Courses. Breach of these terms will result in disciplinary action. No refunds are given once a Course is ordered, as you gain instant lifetime access to the materials; however, you may transfer to other courses we offer, if required. Please connect with our team. Certified Flourishing Coaching™ Enrollment Agreement and Participation Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Certified Flourishing Coaching™! We are thrilled to have you join our community of coaches dedicated to empowering human flourishing. This document outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in our program. By enrolling, you agree to abide by the following policies to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
Enrollment Agreement
1. Code of Conduct
Respect and Professionalism: Participants are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, respect, and integrity. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality: All participants must respect the confidentiality of fellow participants and any sensitive information shared during the program.
Participation: Active participation in all program activities, including classes, discussions, and assignments, is required. This includes arriving on time, having your camera on for virtual sessions, and engaging fully in all sessions.
Engagement: Participants must participate fully in all sessions and mentor coaching sessions. This includes being prepared for the session, involving yourself in discussions and activities, assuming responsibility for your learning, and contributing to the learning of others.
Professional Behavior: Participants must engage in discussions with integrity and honesty, be respectful of fellow participants and instructors, silence cell phones, and avoid disruptive behaviors such as texting during sessions.
2. Academic Integrity
Honesty: Participants must submit original work and give proper credit when referencing others' work. Plagiarism or cheating will result in disciplinary action.
Assessments: Participants must complete all assessments and assignments by the specified deadlines unless prior arrangements have been made with the program coordinator.
3. Attendance and Participation
Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory. Participants must notify the program coordinator in advance if they are unable to attend a session due to an emergency or illness. You must complete the session materials, review the recording, and complete a coaching session outside the live session to make up for the missed session.
Attendance Requirement: Due to our accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), you cannot miss more than 1 hour of course time. Exceeding this limit will result in not being able to continue the course.
Missed Sessions: If you need to miss more than 1 hour of the course, you will have the option to work with the instructor to cover the missed material at your own expense or register for another course. If you miss more than 1 hour of mentor coaching, you will need to arrange and pay for individual mentor coaching sessions to complete the required 10 hours of mentor coaching to satisfy ICF requirements. Petitions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to the instructor and organization representative.
Engagement: Our courses are designed to be interactive and engaging. You are expected to participate in course activities, including dialogue with the course instructor and peers, mock coaching activities, and experiential learning exercises. If you are unable to participate in an activity, please inform your instructor as soon as possible.
4. Technology and Materials
Equipment: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and materials to participate in the program, including a reliable internet connection, computer, and any required software.
Resources: Certified Flourishing Coaching™ will provide access to program resources, including reading materials, assignments, and online platforms.
Onscreen Time and Environment: For virtual courses, participants are required to have their camera on during sessions and ensure a stationary environment to avoid distractions.
5. Feedback and Evaluation
Feedback: Participants will receive regular feedback on their progress. Constructive feedback is encouraged to enhance the learning experience.
Evaluation: Participants will be evaluated based on their performance in assignments, participation, and overall engagement in the program.
6. Completion and Certification
Requirements: Participants must meet all program requirements, including attendance, participation, and successful completion of assessments, to receive certification.
Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Certified Flourishing Coaching™ certificate, signifying their readiness to empower individuals, teams, and workplaces to flourish.

Purpose: The purpose of this grievance policy is to provide a clear, fair, and transparent process for addressing and resolving grievances raised by clients, coaches, staff, or any other stakeholders involved in the Certified Flourishing Coaching™ program.
Scope: This policy applies to all participants, including clients, certified coaches, staff members, and any other stakeholders engaged with Certified Flourishing Coaching™.
Policy Statement: Certified Flourishing Coaching™ is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and supportive environment. We recognize that grievances may arise and are committed to addressing them promptly, fairly, and effectively.
Definitions:
Grievance: Any concern, complaint, or dissatisfaction expressed by a participant related to the coaching program, services, or conduct of any individual associated with Certified Flourishing Coaching™.
Complainant: The individual raising the grievance.
Respondent: The individual or entity against whom the grievance is raised.
Procedure:
1. Informal Resolution:
- Step 1: The complainant is encouraged to address the issue directly with the person(s) involved, if appropriate and comfortable.
- Step 2: If direct resolution is not possible or satisfactory, the complainant should discuss the matter with their immediate supervisor, coach, or a designated program representative.
2. Formal Grievance Submission:
- Step 3: If the issue remains unresolved, the complainant may submit a formal written grievance to the Grievance Officer via email at [email protected].
- Step 4: The formal grievance must include:
- Name and contact information of the complainant
- Detailed description of the grievance, including dates, times, and individuals involved
- Any relevant supporting documents or evidence
- Desired outcome or resolution
3. Acknowledgement and Initial Review:
- Step 5: The Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within five (5) business days.
- Step 6: The Grievance Officer will conduct an initial review to determine the validity and severity of the grievance. This may involve discussions with the complainant and the respondent.
4. Investigation:
- Step 7: If the grievance is deemed valid, a thorough investigation will be conducted. This may include interviews, document review, and consultations with relevant parties.
- Step 8: The Grievance Officer may appoint an independent investigator if necessary to ensure impartiality.
5. Resolution:
- Step 9: Upon completion of the investigation, a resolution will be proposed based on the findings. Possible resolutions may include mediation, corrective actions, training, or disciplinary measures.
- Step 10: The complainant and the respondent will be informed of the resolution in writing within thirty (30) business days of the grievance submission.
6. Appeal:
- Step 11: If the complainant or respondent is dissatisfied with the resolution, they may appeal the decision in writing to the Program Director within ten (10) business days.
- Step 12: The Program Director will review the appeal and make a final decision within twenty (20) business days. This decision will be communicated in writing and is final.
Confidentiality: All grievances and related proceedings will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis to ensure a fair resolution.
Non-Retaliation: Certified Flourishing Coaching™ strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who raises a grievance in good faith or participates in the grievance resolution process. Retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action.
